Schooner on tap in Treaty City Taproom, Limerick (€4.90):
Caramel amber with a foamy white lacing sticking to the glass & a lot of bubbles. Really light on the nose, faint malts, citrus & caramel but quite weak really. The taste is more malty, pretty bitter too but at least it's stronger than the nose. It's a medium body but very basic.

just a bog standard pale ale really, nothing going on, sweet and soapy floral aroma, then the flavours are all brown bread malt and caramel, with moderate bitterness on the finish, easy drinking, light bodied and medium carbonation, boring stuff
