Located on a prime corner in the happening area of Ann Arbor, MI....this place is kind of a mystery...pretty dead when I visited...large rectangular room, with lots of Univ. of Mich. kinda stuff on the walls...a nice bonus is some out door seating on the sidewalk....with so many destination kinda beer spots in town, a visit here really seems unnecessary....(Beer Grotto, Bills Beer Garden, Ashley's, Home and Jolly Pumpkin, very quickly coming to mind)

This place is located on a corner location of one of the busiest intersections on Main Street. It appears that it is somehow connected to the NULL, Jolly Pumpkin, North Peak, Grizzly Peak organization, and that brewery is probably the source of the beer that Pretzel Bell serves. I saw no evidence that any brewing is done here, so I don't know why it carries a “Brewery” category here on BA. We stopped here for something to eat and to try their beers. It was not busy on a Friday at lunchtime so we were promptly seated and had good service while here. The interior has a nice vibe to it with U of M sports photos and memorabilia posted on the walls, but I saw only a couple TVs so I hesitate to characterize the pub as a sports bar.
There was only one beer (a Pilsner) that carried the Pretzel Bell name on the beer list, so I ordered it so I could try 'all' of their beers. My wife ordered a North Peak Diabolical IPA. Both were good beers. There were only 6 draft beers on the beer list plus 20 bottled/canned offerings including guest craft beers, several macro beers, a cider, a no-alcohol beer, and several imports.
We both ordered burgers for lunch and they were good. They have a nice menu. There is a full bar and some wine offerings if you are not a beer drinker. The long and the short of it is that this is just another college restaurant and bar that doesn't have anything exciting to offer, so if you go here, just know that's what you'll get.
