Almost black, dark ruby edges. Cappuccino colored foam, quite creamy.
At the nose toasted notes, cappucino, light chocolate and cocoa powder.
Full taste, toasted and cocoa over all, a quite bitter end, interesting.
Round and full in the mouth, bitter afertaste with chicory and herbs, and a light toasted.
Well done, elegant, pleasant.
