8oz. taster pour at Beal House Inn tap takeover in Littleton, NH.

Teeny bit of haze to an otherwise clear orange/amber pour. Big bubbled foamy head is one finger deep. Just off-white, pops itself out and rings the glass with a thin collar.

Aroma is bitter earthy hops, hint of citrus zest, and a bit of caramel/toffee sweetness.

Flavor takes on the caramel sweetness of the aroma as a nice, firm, malt backbone that can handle the heavy hop bitterness and earthy flavors.

Moderate carbonation and medium moutfeel. Relatively dry and not cloying or syrupy.

Old school DIPA flavors reminiscent of West Coast offerings. Enough malt to handle hops and keep everything balanced.
