From an undated 16 fl. oz. can sampled July 3, 2022.
As for the beet red appearance and pink foamy head I'm going to give it a "5" because it looks like beets and this is made with beets.
The aroma is grainy and fruity for the most part with the beets presenting as more subtle. Still there though.
The mouthfeel is smooth and in the medium range.
The taste is bready with vegetables, beets, and fruit but nothing overpowers the other. In other words balanced for what it is. Surprisingly this has a mild to moderate bitter ending. I happen to love beets but this one may not be for everyone. But I'll give it a good grade.
