Can. Bright gold with lasting flat head. Spicy citrus vanilla aroma. Boozy sweet but not cloying candy sugar with surprising dry and not overly spicy finish. Mouthfilling but fairly well attenuated. Lively fine carbo blends it all nicely.

Cans from Littleton Coop brought home and poured into tulip. A tripel from Grafton County? Sign me up. Incredible head. Didn’t fully nail the flavor.

From a 16 oz. locally distributed can from October 2022. Sampled Oct 23. 2022.
It pours a slightly cloudy yellow-amber with modest clarity and a lingering white head.
The banana and clove are what I pick up on immediately on the nose along with pear, Belgian grains, and coriander. No alcohol on the nose.
Light-medium mouthfeel but husky in its own way.
Sweet Belgian grains and clove are picked up in the flavor right away just like the aroma. A vague burning or peppery sensation toe finish it off. Low to no booze in the taste. It is true to the style.
