Foggy dark salmon with a headless, still surface.
A cucumber smell also exhibits Spree, plum and a hint of butter, while taste adds a lot to the table, including a mild, soft, milky-cheesy funk with tart lemon, plum and Sweet Tarts.
The moderate body has a soft, firm carbonation and finishes semi-dry.

Served to me in a pint glass on-tap at the brewery, this beer draws a fairly cloudy, hazy copper color with a bit of an orange hue and a white head that’s about 2/3 of an inch thick when first drawn and served to me. Settles to a a thick white ring lining the inside of the glass with a big cluster swirl of foam on the beer’s surface and decent lacing. Aroma’s of biscuity, caramel malt sweetness along with some plum notes and just a slight vinegary funk hint. Has a breaded, biscuity, just slightly toasted, grainy malt taste with some plum notes that gives way to slightly vinegary salt notes. Not too salty or vinegary of course, just the right amount a beer like this ought to have. Has a mainly crisp, yet smooth, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a slightly dry aftertaste. Easy to drink in the good way.
