Reaper of Death 3.0 in the series - Double NEIPA collaboration with Valley Brewing.
ABV is either 8.8% or 8.2% (two values on the label).
Appearance - Pours a hazy peach gold with two fingers of fizzy white head.
Smell - Tropical fruit (mango, guava, passionfruit), citrus fruit (orange, grapefruit), alcohol, bready malts, notes of caramel, leafy hop notes.
Taste - Tropical and citrus fruit forward with mild to moderate hop bitterness, followed by taste of noticeable alcohol, bready malts, and residual hop bitterness (leafy, earthy-like).
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with low to moderate carbonation. A little sticky.
Overall - A good double NEIPA, I'm just not sure if it is great. Would have liked the ABV to be less noticeable (I'm thinking it must be the 8.8% value on the label).
