Brewed to celebrate Dave Wollner at Willimantic brewing Co. celebrating their 21st anniversary here in CT. He was one of the first Brewers in our region to brew big, hop forward IPAs that focused on flavor and aroma, and not just the bittering factor. He's truly a brewing pioneer for Connecticut and New England with his beers having a huge impact on many brewers in the area. Go up and pay Willimantic Brewing Co. a visit!
