Stratagem is part of our ongoing exploration into what hoppy IPAs can be. We've utilized a new hop variety called Strata into the whirlpool and dry hop. We taste bright, expressive berry notes with some really nice grapefruit along side super dank qualities.

A: slight haze; medium gold in color; 1 finger finely pored ivory head that receded to a wispy cap; very nice rings of lace;
S: grapefruit and orange;
T: up front, it reminds me of Orangina; from the middle through the finish, it follows the nose; mild to moderate bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; dry finish;
