Sampling a16 oz can cooled and pouring into my new Pils glass from the brewery. Date Stamped 6/29/2023 and picked up at the brewery from the cooler today (7/14).
The beer pours a slightly hazy golden straw color (can does say unfiltered) and a slightly frothy bleached white head of 3.5 cm foams up and fades slowly to a thin edge layer during my sampling.
Aroma on this beer is a bit grainy and also some spicy hop notes. I also get a bit of toasted bread. Nice spot on aroma.
First sip reveals a light body with very fine carbonation and crisp texture. Finish is pretty dry, encouraging me to take another sip.
Flavor is bready malt and some spicy hop notes, but the finish allows some bread and unsalted cracker to linger on my palate. Never any hint of ABV. A tasty and very easy to drink brew. Glad to have had the chance to try this one.

A: crystal clear; pale gold in color; 1 finger finely pored white head that receded quickly to a wispy cap; OK lacing;
S: bread, grass, a little spice;
T: follows the nose for a moment, then lemon, then tangerine through the finish; mild bitterness at the end;
M: light to medium bodied; moderate carbonation; dry finish;
O: really nice;
