Brewed using English marris otter, German roasted malts, American hops and our house yeast, Layered with flavors of dark chocolate and coffee, accented by a touch of sweetness while remaining highly drinkable.

A: opaque; very dark brown in color - almost black; 1 finger finely pored light brown head that receded to a thin collar; little lacing;
S: milk chocolate with deeply roasted grain;
T: follows the nose - deeply roasted grain came out a bit more toward the finish; mild to moderate bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish that continues to dry out in the aftertaste;
O: good, but not memorable except for the dry finish;
