Bird Sips is our new Motueka focused IPA. Zesty lime like citrus with tropical tones. Nelson Sauvin and Sultana playing a supporting role rounding out the flavor contributing more tropical depth.

Pours a beautiful pale yellow with contrasting opaque white head. It was so yellow that I was charmed and intrigued just visually before sipping. Interesting hop profile. I can see Moteuka not being for everyone. It’s a singular flavor. Lime and tropical and floral at once. Very soft beer here, easy drinking, slightly dry finish. Definite CTIPA feel but with that moteuka lime.
