Delicate yeast driven spice, reminiscent of pepper and cloves, intermingle with a complementing light citrus undertone. Spire is light and refreshing with lots of complex character.

A: Somewhat hazy golden shortbread. Large, rocky, snow white head.
S: A bowl of honey nut cheerios under a lemon tree overlooking a Caribbean cay; bamboo lined shower, citrus musk and bergamot soap; shot of bay rum, and a side dish of vanilla meringue cookies; coriander, honey
M: Light feel. Good contribution from the wheat; creamy to start and brisk, dry finish. Lingering lactic tartness.
T: Bright tangerine and lemon peel quickly surpassed by dry pepper/clove finish, dough lingers...perfume, sweet chamomile, yeasty, coriander...digresses into some sweet cucumber/vegetal after some time on palate. Otherwise, very refreshing summer combo of citrus and spice.

Poured from a 16oz can dated 5/15/21 to a Nonic at fridge temp.
Pours light gold with a decent white head of multi-sized bubbles.
Aroma is strong with Belgian yeast and I swear I can smell the wheat.
Taste is sweet, yeasty, mild orange peel and some hop hit at the finish.
Feel is light making it very drinkable.
A pretty good beer. Never had a loser form this brewery.

New beer to be and poured cold from a 16 oz can into my weisse glass. Date stamp of 5/21/21.
The beer pours a light straw color and is slightly cloudy in the glass. A fluffy bleached white head of 2 cm foams up and is fed by several active streams of carbonation. The foam does recede to a sturdy surface layer.
Aroma is some coriander and cloves with hints of lemon and doughy yeast.
Nice scents, not too mild, not dominated by one, well balanced.
First sip is crisp and refreshing on this warm day.
Light crisp body with sort of soft very fine, carbonation.
Flavor is similar to nose, light lemon notes with coriander and some doughy yeast. A little black pepper bite on the finish is a nice surprise. Finish really dries out my palate too.
This is a nice crushable brew with good balanced flavor profile. Another winner from CW!
