Pours a foamy bubbly airy 2 finger head with fair retention lots of big popping bubbles, messy lacing, hazy light pale to straw color
Nose big creamy doughy wheat, vanilla cake batter, some straw, some coriander like spicy phenols, a bit of bubblegum, floral hop notes, citrus, banana,
Taste brings plenty more wheat, doughy creamy wheat, some vanilla and cake batter notes, light herbal floral hop with light bitterness, fair coriander like phenol spices, more fruity esters with some banana, fair citrus, sweet orange peel, a little bubblegum ester, soft creamy, dry finish, a touch more bitterness
Mouth is med to lighter bod but creamy soft, med to higher foamy carb
Overall nice, solid wit, a bit lower on the phenol spices that typical but nice esters, overall pretty tasty on a hot late Spring day

Pours a light lemon color, semi opaque - leaves tons of lacing in the glass. Aroma is mostly grain and subtle spices. Kind of explodes on the pallet - lots of citrus and spice and a hint of lemon, but not overly exaggerated - very nicely balanced. I really enjoyed this beer, it's very refreshing, it's everything I think a witbier should be. I'd definitely buy this one again.
