West Side Funn is our new West Coast inspired IPA brewed with a blend of our Cryo Citra alongside some experimental new Citra based hop products from Yakima Chief. Using the "hop dipping" technique, (adding hop products pre-fermentation but post hot brewhouse side) to bring more aromatic and flavor driven qualities to your glass. We topped this hop bill off with some beautiful Simcoe and a touch of Columbus to round out and compliment all the wonderful citrus qualities with some pine, white gummy bear, and some apricot.
