A kloudy Kölsch? Tastes like a Kolsch plenty enough to pass. Looks like a Wit or Hefe.

On tap. Pours a clear yellow color with a fingernail white head that leaves a tiny ring of lacing at the top of the glass. Nose is biscuit and grassy wheat. Taste is balanced with biscuit malt, spicy hops and floral hops on the end. Medium-light body and medium carbonation.
At this time, the best beer from Elgin Park. It falls pretty close to style guidelines and is mostly done right. It feels a tad watered down, and the hops are subtle, but everything is fundamentally there.
