This is a weizen like no other I've had in Japan so far. Usually they seem to head more towards the belgian white beer style whereas this one tastes almost champagney, or like a geuzen.
It has minimal head and a very pale yellow color, a little cloudy. The smell is slightly salty, almost like cheese (?). It's somewhat appealing though. The taste is tart, like lemon, and fills the mouth. Excellent mouthfeel. Refreshing. Unique beer.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
