Pours clear and golden with a great effervescence that create a nice head, although it disappears quickly. Nose only slightly hints at the bitter/sourness that awaits. First taste has you grabbing your jaws due to the sourness, but that fades quickly and you can begin to taste the hints of key lime, also the crust of the pie as well. Great gose that is easily drinkable.
