Batch 002, 2025/02/07
Pours a foamy bubbly small brownish head with fair retention, good lacing, jet black beer
Nose brings plenty of barrel, toasted oak and vanilla, dark chocolate, cocoa, baking spices, a bit of dark fruit, roasted malt and coffee, chocolate covered cherry and touch of red wine
Taste has quite a bit of fruit, cherry, plum, red wine, chocolate covered cherry, cocoa, dark chocolate, a bit of fudge, a bit of bitter roast and coffee, a bit of toasted oak and vanilla, baking spices, chocolate raisins, a bit of nougat, a bit of smooth alcohol, mild sweet finish, everything lingering especially chocolate and red wine
Mouth is fuller bod, med to a bit lighter carb, light warming but smooth alcohol
Overall pretty nice beer, good stout with nice red wine barrel, fruits and chocolate, smooth alcohol, enjoyable

Look: black with an inch mocca colored head
Aroma: bourbon and coffee
