Presumed pepper sediment hanging in the nectar like spicy quasars. On second thought, that may be ice cause I popped it in the freezer for 15 min or so….vegetal, green chile flavor that buzzes your throat on the swallow. Your mom and I like heat in our drank.

From a can packaged 7/14/25. Cool label! Clear amber color with foamy white head. Smells of grain and chile. Medium body with good carbonation. Earthy with a hot chile note and some lingering warmth. First chile beer I've ever had, and this is done well. The chile aroma and flavor are definitely there, but it's no so hot to be overwhelming.

I am drinking Diffusion a Chile Ale a new beer from Manhattan Project Beer Company, Dallas, TX, ABV 6.5%. My guess is that Diffusion refers to gaseous diffusion, which is a type of enrichment process for separating Uranium-238 isotopes from Uranium-235 isotopes. This is used to make nuclear bombs. Well, the name of the brewery is Manhattan Project Beer Company. I’ve come across chile/pepper beers that were too peppery. I once had a ghost pepper and scorpion pepper beer that left my mouth burning for hours and it gave me a stomachache. I had pepper/spiced beers where you can barely taste the pepper. This beer strikes a good balance. The chile flavor is significant but not unpleasant. Based on the flavor I think this beer is basically a mild Pale Ale infused with chile peppers.
Color: clear golden with an inch white head
Aroma: grapefruit, topical fruit, the chile pepper
Flavor: I can taste some mango and grapefruit and then the peppers
Body/overall: light for a pale ale
