L-Pours a slightly hazy golden bodied beer with a smaller lacy head at the top. Slight and subtle carbonation.
S- A fruity, and funky pop at the beginning. Nice notes of lemon grass and sweet citrusy fruits are present as well. There's a nice, earthy and sweet grassy at the end of the aroma as well. Some apple cider-vinegar qualities. Very similar to Half-Life.
T-A subdued version of it's heavier self, but not in a bad way at all. I mean this because for what it is, it's great. It retains the backbone of Half-Life. Nice, crispy traits with a slightly sweet, citrusy lemon bite. Bitterness is handled well towards the end. Enough to be present, but very light and refreshing.
F-Crispy, subtle carbonation. Light bodied and velvety feel.
O-A very well crafted session IPA. I think I prefer this to Half-Life, actually. A crispier, more crushable version of Half-Life. Right in time for summer. Wouldn't mind having them side by side for comparison. Very well executed.

I guess this is a session IPA? Maybe a session hazy? It pours a very hazy amber with a small, fading head. Very nice aroma of highly tropical fruity hops, a little citrusy. Taste: meh, not too bitter, certainly not much malt, hoppy flavor a plenty, but doesn't really stand out. Very thin bodied too: I'm not sure what shortcuts they took to get the calorie count so low, but it did not result in a very good beer.

Damn, I have discovered the beer drinker’s Michelob Ultra! 110-calorie “light” hazy IPA from Manhattan Project here in Big D. Retains the qualities of their Half-Life in a highly drinkable beer. These guys know how to brew and this beer is going to be my new bbq buddy. Light pineapple and grapefruit with beautiful carbonation.
