I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a straight-sided glass.
Appearance: medium-light golden hue with a moderate haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam that leaves a nice lace on the glass. Head dissipates pretty quickly, though.
Smell: citrusy and wheaty with a fair dose of yeast. I don't know if they're adding anything to make it citrusy, or if it's just a byproduct of the yeast, but it's interesting.
Taste: yeasty and citrusy with a lemon character and perhaps a little bit of clove. It's not bad, per se, but it's pretty messy.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: an interesting wheat beer. Not super clean or traditional, but it does have its compelling components.
