Pours slightly hazy golden, white lacing for a head.
Aroma is of banana, sweet cookies and biscuit, hints of coriander and honey.
Flavor is of banana, sweet cereal and biscuit, honey, coriander, almond and nondescript esters.
Medium body, tingly carbonation.
Light, interesting hefe. The flavor is on the sweeter side and banana-forward. Spice is subdued. Drinks easy. It's part hefe and part something unique. Drinks easy. Definitely worth trying.
