Our first sour is a real fruit-infused Berliner Weisse! We add nearly 200 pounds of pineapple and cherry to this sour, making it a tart and refreshing brew.

Slightly less than two fingers worth of lush whipped whimsical froth... Limited retention and this one fades away in an instant... Color is a chilled hazed pale gold... Nose is simple, salty and slightly acidic... Palate has tons of depth and complexity... Honey, peach and other ripe fruits and the salty character as expected... Feel is on the lighter side of medium bodied... Spry carbonation... Very nice extremely well rounded beer... Lovely introduction to Lock 15, a brewery I'll be checking out more from I the near future...
