12 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 5/30/2018. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lightly tart/tangy blueberries, fruit skin, lemon, pear, red apple, cracker, white bread dough, light pepper, and herbal/grass/yeasty earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance of blueberries, pale malt, and light earthy hop/fruity yeast notes; with good strength. Taste of lightly tart/tangy blueberries, fruit skin, lemon, pear, red apple, cracker, white bread dough, light pepper, and herbal/grass/yeasty earthiness. Very mild herbal/grassy/spicy bitterness and fruit tang/tartness on finish. Lingering notes of blueberries, fruit skin, lemon, pear, red apple, cracker, white bread dough, light pepper, and herbal/grass/yeasty earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great robustness and balance of blueberries, pale malt, and light earthy hop/fruity yeast flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness and fruit tartness balance; with no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Very clean and not overly yeasty. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitter/tartness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and lightly sticky/tangy mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is an excellent fruited kolsch! All around great robustness and balance of blueberries, pale malt, and light earthy hop/fruity yeast flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the minimally bitter/tart finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Clean pils malts and balanced juicy blueberries; with restrained yeast and mild balancing earthy hops. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Mild blueberry aroma, pours a clear light yellow with a quickly fading off-white head. Mild grain flavor, with a hint of blueberry coming out in the finish. Overall, it's not a bad summer beer, but I would rate it more of a fruit beer then a Kolsch.
