12 ounce can, no dating that I noticed on it but #RARGANG is stamped on the bottom of the can. Served in a snifter, the beer pours a murky dark gold color with about an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both really good. I think the aroma is heavy with the peanut butter, and I also notice coffee, vanilla and caramel. The brew tastes mostly like peanut butter and coffee, along with some vanilla, caramel, bourbon and bready/grainy malt. Wish the bourbon character was stronger, but that's a minor complaint. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's coating and a bit creamy with a good amount of carbonation. If you really like peanut butter and/or coffee too then I recommend this brew, I liked it!

Canned on 11/1/19. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours a hazy glowing burnt golden; small off-white head that fades leaving solid retention and lacing. The aromas have peanut butter leading the way. Some caramel. The bourbon and coffee basically go unnoticed in the aroma department. The flavors have more peanut butter leading the way. The coffee is subtle, but comes through, especially in the finish. Solid bitterness due to the coffee. More hints of caramel along. Some subtle hints of toffee in the mix. The bourbon notes are balanced, but are definitely noticeable. Really nice wood/oak characteristics. It's not too sweet. Malts do their thing. Mild alcohol notes, but it's not hot, boozy or anything like that. Mouthfeel is on the lighter side of full-bodied with active carbonation. It's sharp, fluffy and smooth.

This is a solid brew. It's a little rough around the edges, but it's ultimately enjoyable. The peanut butter shines without dominating. The bourbon and coffee do their thing. It might not be anything "super crazy", but I like it for what it is.
