Amazing place - heaving with people of all ages, Yet service excellent. Good selection of their own beers plus a generous sampling of other local breweries. No food, but I’ll be back.

Small place connected to the brewery. Stone themed but with a modern feel, very nice fireplace for the winter, decent lounge inside and small terrace in the summer. Lots of taps, around 10-15, a little bit from other brewers around. More of an English caramel sensation overall, if you compare to the more tropical Trailways. The problem is their stuff taste too similar, example the IPAs taste pretty much the same. Service is passable, a bit stiff and not very talkative.

One of Fredericton's newer establishments, Gray Stone Brewing is located just on the cusp of the city center. Easy walking distance from the main drags, it is a nice spot with a good amount of windows and plenty of bar space. There are a few tables as well, mostly along the windows.
Folks are friendly, and it seems that even if you don't know someone, you will soon enough. Service was good on my visit, but there was some confusion among the staff. They are willing to let you sample before you buy, which is nice. The staff is knowledgeable about their own products and the guest taps too.
When I visited they had about 8 of their own beers on the go, most available to go in Growlers or Crowlers, and there were rotating guest taps featuring beers from other brewers in the province. I bought three crowlers for about $22 (CDN) and had a half pint before we moved on to the next spot.
Parking is plentiful, though the owner told me that during the warmer months they set up a patio outside which kills about 1/3 of the parking. Fredericton is a such a walkable city that it shouldn't make a difference.
