This beer has a big fruity Australian hop character with notes of melons, citrus, and many other not so subtle fruit fruit notes. This beer is one of our favorites so far as it has the typical hop forward character you have come to know from us but at a sessionable abv of 4.2% that allows people to keep coming back for more! This beer has an appropriate low bitterness and is hopped the same amount of flavor and aroma hops as our IPAs.

16oz can purchased at Community Pint, in Spokane, WA, for $3.99. According to the stamp on the bottom of the can, this was canned on September 13, 2017.
Poured into a shaker pint glass, this was a very hazy, lemony gold color, with a big, bone-white head that left all kinds of lace.
Bright, sweet and tropical fruit notes lead the charge. Crackery, mild malt notes in the background.
Fruity hops upfront. Sweet like strawberries and melons and tropical like pineapple juice. Lemony bitterness follows. Mild malty backbone holds things together. Finish is mildly dry.
Fairly light bodied, with a soft, smooth mouthfeel.
Matchless calls this a pale ale, but session IPA could work as well. Curious which southern hemisphere hops were used. For something labeled as being 4.3% abv, there's quite a lot of flavor on hand. This would make a nice warm weather session beer.
