This is our take on a traditional Berliner that we brewed in collaboration with our friend Nick at Redhook. This is not a kettle sour and was aged for two months. This beer has a nose that is reminiscent of watermelon with a touch of funk. The palate is tart and quenching with notes of cucumber and meyer lemon. The finish dry, clean and refreshing.
