This super fruity IPA has notes of pineapple and a subtle herbal woodsy note that rounds out the flavor. We brewed this beer with 3 YCH varieties of experimental hops from Yakima which happens to reside at the 46° latitude so, we took the inspiration from our 40° South IPA and made it a little more WA.

I had this beer on tap in a pint glass at Collins Pub in Seattle.
Appearance: light gold hue with a touch of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam. Not bad.
Smell: lightly floral hop aroma with a bit of sweetness.
Taste: fresh, green, grassy hops with a brilliant vernal character; there's just a touch of floral and fruity flavor here, too. Complex and delightful.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: just brilliantly fresh and grassy. I really dig it.
