Mimosa Or Pale?

Mimosa or Pale is a ProAm beer we made with our friends at Mount Olympus Brewing out of Montesano, WA. This not-so-traditional take on a "historic Cream Ale" is brewed with corn grits and Pilsner malt to an ABV of 5.2% with a low bitterness. The true-to-style stops there as we dry hopped the beer with DIPA quantities of Citra and Galaxy and fermented it out with our favorite Juicy yeast strain, leading to the question; Mimosa or Pale Ale?
