Lovely Medusa is a DIPA made with clean American ale yeast, Medusa, Simcoe and Amarillo hops and a fairly pale malt bill. After Ken, our sales guys, made a test batch with Medusa Pat wanted to see what the hop would do with some more traditional intense IPA hops in a DIPA format. Look for notes of stone fruit and white grape, and a juicy finish.
