Citra Sauvin is a continuing riff on our heavily dry hopped cream ale theme. This time around we went with a bigger beer, 7% ABV, using one of our favorite hard-to-get hops, Nelson Sauvin, paired with Citra. Copeland pilsner malt along with a healthy dose of flaked corn and wheat keep the body up while getting out of the way of the huge hops flavor and aroma; tropical citrus meats gooseberry and bubbly white wine!
