This IPA contains no fruit or Juice! For this round we went with the combined ale strains from the defunct Whitbred Brewery in England. Together, they dry the beer out while retaining a soft round mouthfeel providing a light tart citrus character of their own. El Dorado and Topaz hops' tropical, petrol and candy characters bring up the beers brightness. It’s all held together with Copeland pils malt, flaked wheat and barley and a pinch of Caramunich2. Although there is no fruit used in this hoppy beer as usual, it will have you saying What the Fruit?

Fruit roll-up, tangerine, orange sherbet, fruit cocktail and pineapple. Heavier and richer malt profile. Nice hit of bitterness on the finish with a touch of malt sweetness. Real good.

Look: One finger white head, hazy orange body. Yep, this is the so-called "NE style hazy IPA".
Smell: Mostly orange and toasted bread, some mild melon.
Taste: Toasted bread, pilsener malt, orange, melon, a hint of resin, mild pear.
Feel: Medium-light body and carbonation. Super soft and fluffy. Mild hop bitterness.

Poured into a Pint Defiance tulip. The body is a hazy orange hue, with a two finger white head. Aromas consist of pear, honeydew, cantelope, banana, and tangerine. Flavors are the same. The feel is medium bodied with medium carbonation, and it really reminds me of drinking a thicker fruit juice. Slighty sticky as well. Really good.

Very cloudy, unfiltered, with floating particles. Creamy, thick, head with solid retention and lacing. Light straw colored. Aroma is earthy and melon, ripe fruit, and berries. Citrus and floral notes. The flavor follows suit with some pale malt to round it out. A thick mouthfeel and chewy finish. A good beer overall.
