Our Imperial Chocolate Stout was aged in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels for 10 months. We added vanilla beans and organic cocoa nibs to add to the layers of chocolate already presented by the malt. As the name suggest, this is what we imagine the chocolate river in Willy Wonka's chocolate factory would have tasted like... if it were beer!

Dark appearance with no head. Nice sweet aroma of malt and caramel with a touch of bourbon. Taste is a very pleasant sweet caramel smooth with a slight hint of alcohol.
