They describe this as a hazy IPA, but it pours nearly clear in the Wander snifter, with plenty of foam. Hops are listed as Huell Melon and Cashmere. Very fragrant with something fruity like papaya and a touch of fermenting pineapple.
It's a fruit salad with flavors of lime, honeydew, pineapple, tangerine, and even a touch of coconut, I swear. This is so malty and rich, it's a kinder, gentler world of hops. Buxom and rounded, fruity and sweet. I say "I do!" From the 16 oz can purchased at Central Market in Shoreline, Wash.
