The hops are a mix, and the fermentables include flaked rye, flaked barley, and... hashbrowns. OK, why not? This is quite a tasty and fruity IPA. Totally drinkable. Golden yellow and pleasingly sudsy and slightly tangy on the tongue.
Aroma is inviting with apricot and a note of honeysuckle. Just slightly sweet to bring out the fruit. Flavor of apricot with a touch of orange marmalade. Lingering aromatics with a very modest bitterness in the aftertaste. I've already forgotten about the potatoes. From the 16 oz can purchased at Central Market - Mill Creek.
