This is a collaboration with Mirage Brewing. Hops are Saphir and Slovenian Celeia, and there is just a nice wet kiss of them. Light and sudsy mouthfeel but with a lovely malty warmth. There is just a dose of hoppy aromatics and a nutty note. Clear yellow color with plenty of foam in the big glass. I wouldn't call it grainy, but it's just a really inviting malty flavor.
This is a really thirst-quenching beer, just right for that first brewski. Actually, it's really delicious and people who follow the German styles should get a mouthful. Surely the best Helles-style beer I've had. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station in Bellingham.
