On tap at the Taproom at Anacortes Brewing. It's a double Brut IPA, which seems like an idea worth exploring. Hazy yellowish color with rings of foam down the pint shaker. Huge mango and pineapple taste and nose. Quite sweet and fruity but with the Brut prickly mouthfeel.
This doesn't turn dry, it just leaves you with a sugary aftertaste. I'm not complaining, because it does make for a strong, hoppy brew that is very drinkable. It's really hardly bitter at all. Very sparkly, as advertised. A tasty brew and yet another score for Matchless.
