The flavor seems really off to me. There was a surprising little spew when I opened the can, but for something canned exactly a month ago it would have to be infected early on. Anyway, that's what it tastes like to me— tinny, funky, and oddly bitter. Plus the smell is tinny and more like old vegetables. I'm thinking of the cellar with the dirt floor.
Quite dry with a rather astringent aftertaste. This is the 2021 version and hopped with Vic Secret, Galaxy, and Callista. You could drink this, the taste is not hideous, but it's certainly no pleasure. I'd just be interested in whether this is some new and unfortunate taste profile.
