Collaboration with Trap Door Brewing.
Two yeast pitch team up with Trap Door to deliver an INSANE amount of Dry Hopping. Brewed with Galaxy, Wakatu, Hallertau Blanc, Topaz, & Vic Secret. It may satisfy that craving for IPA, but may not lower your blood pressure. Then again neither will yelling Serenity Now! Someday we will solve that problem.

Look- Murky, hazy golden orange juice color. Nice rocky off-white head that slowly recedes to a thin ring of foam, moderate lacing. Slight active carbonation streams visible.
Smell- Citrus (orange/tangerine, grapefruit and lemon), melon, tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, passion fruit and kiwi), resinous pine and a bit of dank, peach/nectarine and green grape, honey/bready malt, herbal/grassy notes.
Taste- Follows the nose for the most part, an absolute juice bomb. Tangy but the malts balance this one out nicely.
Feel- Medium bodied. Fairly sweet with a somewhat dry, lightly bitter finish. Medium/light carbonation on the tongue.
O- A very nice take on a NE style hazy, Matchless and TrapDoor are both great breweries and this collaboration delivers.

Quite cloudy yellowish brew but a nice stiff foam in the tall Belle-Vue glass. Hops are listed as Vic Secret, Galaxy, Topaz, and Blanc. Pilsner malt is the base for all the flaked stuff. The result is an aromatic fruity brew with endless citrus. There is just a touch of bitterness but it lacks the astringent gunk you get in a lot of these NE hop stews.
Rather sweet but nicely balanced with the citrus flavors and a modest dose of acidity. Clean tasting in spite of all the juiciness. Overall this is another mellow and highly drinkable hop concoction from Matchless. I love these bright and wacky labels by Nick Bers Design. From the 16 oz can purchased at Community Co-op in Bellingham.
