Poured from 16oz tall can into a tulip. No canning date.
Appearance: rich golden hue with just a little bit of haze and a thick finger of frothy ivory foam atop. It's a good looking beer, but for the style it ought to be crystal-clear.
Smell: lightly sweet aroma with a lot of good maltiness and a bit of graininess; hop aroma is minimal and, if anything, is a little grassy. Not too bad!
Taste: malty, perhaps a little biscuity, and quite yeasty. It's a tasty lager, although I feel like it could be cleaner.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a big carbonation and creaminess. It's legit!
Overall: a decent enough helles. Perhaps not 100% authentic to the style, but a tasty beer nonetheless.

Canned Dec 2019, purchased at Market of Choice.
A mildly hazy orange with a dense, off-white head with good retention and lacing, this looks solid. The nose is quite excellent with punchy, earthy, mildly lemony hops with a great, bready, grainy, gristy pils malt. Very clean and well balanced. The palate opens with a surprising bitterness, clean and mildly resiny, with lemon peel, dust, a little earth along with a moderate pils malt flavor. Lightly toasted, mildly decocted with a light sweetness present, the flavors up front are quite excellent. The mid-palate, however, does fall off a little, with the sweetness a little more noticeable and the bitterness not entirely working with the slightly watery mouthfeel. Bitter and mildly sweet on the finish, this is quite good.

16oz single picked up at PCC in Bothell, Washington.
Canned on 12/16/2019. Served in a pint glass.
Look- Clear golden straw color. Nice rocky bright white head that slowly recedes to a thin cap of foam, moderate lacing. Very active carbonation streams visible.
Smell- Sweet bready malt, coriander, banana, a bit of clove, earthy/floral notes.
Taste- Fruit and honey up front, sweet bready malts, dry floral/earthy hops and light spice.
Feel- Medium/light bodied. Crisp with a semi-dry, lightly bitter finish. Medium/heavy carbonation on the tongue. Very refreshing.
O- A very nice and crushable helles, a great representation of the style, Not really on par with the traditional German offerings but definitely worth trying.
