A couple of pint cans picked up at PCC in Bothell, Washington.
Canned on 01/27/20. Served in a pint glass.
Look- Hazy golden straw color color. A nice off-white colored head that recedes very slowly to a thin cap of foam, plenty of sticky lacing. light carbonation streams visible.
Smell- Citrus (orange/tangerine, grapefruit and lemon/lime), tropical fruit (pineapple and mango), peach/nectarine, some grainy malt, pine and grassy/floral notes.
Taste- Very much like the nose, aromas from the hops translate nicely in to the flavor with a nice bitter finish.
Feel- Medium bodied, soft and semi-sweet. Medium carbonation on the tongue.
O- A pretty nice west coast IPA. Matchless makes some solid offerings and this one doesn't disappoint.
