16oz can (dated 1/25/21) poured into 16oz tulip. Poured a cloudy orange-yellow color with 3/4 inch of white head that had very good retention and light lacing.

The aroma had citrus hops, lemon and orange, at the front of the nose, with just the faintest hint of grain in the background.

Similar on the tongue, with the addition of some nice bitterness, especially on the finish.

The body was medium, mostly smooth (a wee bit of hop bite across the palate), and had a dry-ish finish.

Drinkability was good, the kind of beer that could keep your interest for a couple pints.

Overall, a solid, if not particularly notable, example of the style. Worth a shot if you see it.

Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Kasteel chalice. Hops are listed as Centennial, Citra, HBC-692 , and Zeus. Aromatic with citrus. Fruity nose with a whiff of papaya. Dark plum flavors with the skins and light orange. Tangy with just enough astringency to go with the fruit.

This is so hoppy and so good! Moderate bitterness and miles of aromatics. The Hazemeisters at Trilium and Treehouse should be tasting this stuff. Maybe there will be light at the end of the murky tunnel. From the 16 oz can shipped from Matchless. Small panel on lower part of label notes Canned 1/25/2021.
