Pint can poured in to a nonic glass. Canned on 12/16/19
Look- Hazy darker golden amber color, solid off-white head that slowly recedes to a small cap of foam, ample sticky lacing. Light carbonation streaming as it sits.
Smell- Citrus (orange/tangerine, grapefruit and lemon/lime), assorted tropical fruits (mainly pineapple), white pepper, peach/nectarine, a bit of melon, caramel malt, slight pine andspicy/earthy notes.
Taste- Citrus, pineapple, stone fruit and melon, pepper, tropical fruit, bready malt and pine.
Feel- Medium bodied, pretty crisp with a fairly aggressive lingering bitterness, pretty well balanced. Moderate/light carbonation on the tongue.
O- A pretty nice DIPA though a bit long in the tooth. I would have liked to try it fresher.
