Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Orval chalice. Faint aroma of hay. Very light body. Flavor is citrus with a lime peel finish. Hops are Hallertau Blanc, Nelson Sauvin, and Enigma. Moderate bitterness with an astringent note. Overall it tastes mild and a little green and weedy. Pleasant enough but the herbal taste with the persistent bitterness makes it less than charming. From the 16 oz can dated 5/1/2023.

16oz can served in a nonic glass. Canned on 04/13/2020
Look- Clear golden straw color. Modest bright white head that recedes quickly to a thin cap of foam, decent lacing. Light carbonation streams visible.
Smell- Citrus (lemon and lime), pineapple and green grape, honey and crackery malt, light berries, floral/grassy notes.
Taste- Much like the nose. Tangy lemon and pineapple, green grape skin and berries, grassy hop bitterness in the back end.
Feel- Medium/light bodied. Exceptionally crisp and dry, light bitter finish. Medium/heavy carbonation on the tongue.
O- A pretty solid pils, not top tier but very crushable.
