Moderate haze on the amberish brew and plenty of foam in the Orval chalice. Tastes of warm malt with challah bread and cheerios, plus fruit. Flavor of tangerine distinctly in the finish, with a hint of pineapple. Yet the acidity and astringency so common to the NE brews is noticeably missing here.
Interestingly, this really has the smooth mouthfeel of oats, rather than the other raw grains brewers like to haze their IPAs up with. Overall this is one of the best examples I've tasted. From the 16 oz can purchased at Central Market in Mill Creek. "Canned 6/14/2021" on the lower corner of the label.

16oz can
excited to try a local brewery while staying with my brother & sister-in-law in Tumwater
L: hazy tangerine body, frothy ivory head leaves thick chunks of foam on the glass
S: Juicy Fruit gum, citrus, pineapple, mango
T: super juicy: mango & pineapple, tangerine, grapefruit; pine, light caramel, white grape
F: fuller body, ample carbonation, bittersweet and dry finish while being not overly bitter
O: good juicy/hazy IPA…probably not a true NEIPA, but still good overall
