Clear orangey amber with plenty of long-lasting foam in the Hopleaf goblet. Frothy and squishy in the mouth. Somewhat sharp on the tongue. Full of aromatics like orange peel, alfalfa, and papaya. Deeply fruity and farily sweet. Flavors of mango and canned peaches with some old grapefruit.
When was the last time you saw this hop lineup: Comet, Topaz, and Moutere. Moderate bitter aftertaste with some seeds and stems. Lush carbonation lasts till the last sip. Quite a flavorful and spicy experience. Just a little overly bitter in the finish. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. "Canned 6/07/2021" on the label.
