The freshest Centennial from our friends CLS Farms meet Yakima grown Centennial and Chinook hops and Skagit Valley Malting Pale malt. Look for big green floral notes and lemon-lime. There is nothing like that first fresh hop of the year!

This is the 2021 edition in this fresh hop series. This one is all Centennial and brewed with Skagit Valley malt. Lush and slushy in the mouth. Attractive golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the snifter. Aromas of lime, pine, and a whiff of papaya. Flavor is clean and mild, with a touch a citrus, green melon, and sourdough bread.
I would go back to the Coop in Bellingham and get some more of this. I'd give it my Best Fresh Hop Brew of 2021. Whether it's an IPA or a Pale Ale, only your therapist needs to know. From the 16 oz can dated 8/30/2021 in the lower corner of the label.
